Salty Aquarelle

It becomes quite challenging to live in the city without the sound of the waves and the singing of the sails when spending a lot of time at sea and sailing boats.

The project started in the summer of 2019 on a small boat and it’s now difficult to stop.

When I am unable to observe the sea from the porthole, I create it in my dreams, transferring that image to paper and it becomes a little closer.

This project threatens to grow into a very large-scale one, because the sea is infinitely beautiful and diverse in its manifestations. There are infinitely many attractive ships and lighthouses, as well as people whose lives are forever connected with the sea.

Moreover, some of these pictures were created with sea salt water, because fresh water on board a sail boat needs to be preserved.
